A website care plan keeps your site backed up daily outside your hosting, updated with a rollback, and watched for downtime and expiring certificates. From €99 excl. VAT a month, fully remote.

Automatic

What runs automatically

Daily backups outside your hosting

A copy of your files and database is stored away from your host. If the account is suspended or hacked, your backup is not.

Uptime checks

Your site is requested every few minutes. If it stops answering, or shows an error page, we are alerted.

SSL and domain expiry

A certificate or domain that quietly expires takes a site offline. We see it coming weeks ahead.

Safe updates

Backup first, then update, then check that the site still works. If it does not, the change is rolled back.

Security checks

We compare core files against the originals, look for plugins with known holes and check whether your site is flagged by Google.

A monthly report

One short message: what was updated, what was found, how fast your site is and what we recommend.

Personal

A person makes the decisions

Automation handles the routine. When a check fails, a person reads the alert and the logs, decides what is wrong and talks to you before anything changes on your site. We do not watch your site around the clock by hand. Work outside the plan is quoted at a fixed price first, like every other job we do.

What a care plan does not include

  • Redesigns, new features or content writing
  • Hosting, domain or premium plugin and licence fees
  • Outages inside your hosting provider’s own infrastructure
  • Mobile apps and desktop software
  • A guarantee that a site can never be hacked. Nobody can promise that; we reduce the risk and catch problems early
